The US House of Representatives have introduced a new bill which could lead to a TikTok ban in the US. The bill gives parent company, ByteDance, 6 months to sell the social media platform, or the ban will come into effect. Read more on BBC News.

TikTok launches a series of Webinars aimed at helping Small and Medium sized businesses have success on the platform. The webinars are hosted by SMB owners who have achieved success already, sharing their stories and recommendations. 

TikTok is working on a new app called TikTok Photos, which would focus on posting and sharing photos rather than short form videos. Stay tuned for more information.


Google Ads has announced that there will now be a limit on the number of countries that can be added to the location exclusions list. Users will be given a warning when they exceed 120 countries and prompted to look at positive targeting instead.

Google now automatically displays social media posts on Google Business Profiles. The new feature is designed to show users a businesses online activity and engagement levels.
